2. What data we collect
Through the forms on the website (contact page and reservation inquiry page), the following may be collected: name, email address, phone number, type of inquiry, estimated dates (arrival, departure, preferred date), estimated number of people, rooms, the message you submit, and consent confirmation.
Minimal technical data associated with the request (for example the browser user-agent) may be collected automatically as needed to process the inquiry.
3. Where data comes from
The data is provided directly by you when you fill in and submit a form on this website.
4. Why we use the data
The data is used to process the inquiries submitted through the forms: preparing a reply, checking availability and sending information about accommodation, events, the restaurant, Wellness & Relax or other requested services.
The forms do not automatically confirm reservations.
5. Legal basis
For inquiries submitted through the forms, the data is processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in handling and responding to your request.
6. Where data is stored
Data submitted through the forms is stored in the Lovable Cloud / Supabase infrastructure used for backend hosting and processing of the website.
7. Who may receive the data
The data may be processed by technical providers used for hosting, storage and email notifications. These currently include, in general: Lovable Cloud / Supabase (backend storage and processing), Resend (email notifications to the Club Bucovina team) and the website hosting and deployment platform.
The data is not sold and is not used for commercial profiling.
8. Retention period
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and the related communication, and is deleted once it is no longer needed.
9. Data subject rights
Under applicable legislation, you may exercise the following rights:

- right to withdraw consent, where applicable
